The Maritime Primary and Secondary Education Coalition (MPSEC) fosters the development of maritime education in our nation’s primary and secondary schools. This is accomplished through a network of local, state and federal agencies, private employers, maritime associations, institutions of high education, and other interested partners. MPSEC works with its coalition partners to develop outreach programs for primary education and specific course for secondary schools.
